Baoji's titanium industry continues to develop steadily. In the first seven months of this year, the output value of titanium enterprises above designated size increased by 9.

This year, Baoji's titanium industry has adhered to technological innovation and has the courage to expand the market, achieving sustained and steady development. It was learned from the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology that from January to July this year, the total output value of 182 titanium enterprises in the city increased by 9.7% year-on-year.

The titanium industry is a dominant industry in our city. Last year, our city issued the "Baoji Titanium and New Materials Industry Chain Improvement Three-Year Action Plan (2023-2025)" and a series of policies to support the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry, comprehensively improving the advanced level of the titanium industry foundation and the modernization level of the industrial chain. This year, our city has organized government-enterprise talks, titanium industry chain special meetings and salon activities many times, effectively solving the practical difficulties in the development of enterprises, and adding momentum and confidence to the further development of enterprises.

Baoji Titanium Co., Ltd. relies on advanced production technology and excellent product quality to become the only titanium material supplier in China for French aerospace engine manufacturer Safran Group. Shaanxi Xingsheng New Materials Co., Ltd. has improved its production efficiency by 10% through reform and innovation, and its sales volume has increased month by month. In the first seven months of this year, its operating income increased by 40% year-on-year. Baoji Xinnuo Special Materials Co., Ltd. focuses on the R&D and production of high-end medical titanium materials. Currently, one of every four titanium materials for medical human body implants in China comes from this company. The city's titanium industry enterprises aim at high-quality development and continue to achieve new results.

At present, the pursuit of technological innovation and efforts to open up the market have become the salient features of our city’s titanium industry chain. In this industrial chain, our city already has 13 national-level "little giant" enterprises that specialize in new technologies, 51 provincial-level small and medium-sized enterprises that specialize in new technologies, and 5 provincial-level manufacturing champion demonstration enterprises.
