3.Structural features
YCL type pump is a single-stage single suction direct connected centrifugal pump with light weight. Its structure is a back opening door, i.e. the pump body does not move and the impeller can be taken out from the back of the pump body without removing the inlet and outlet pipes of the pump. The connecting bracket is directly connected with the pump body and the motor. The cantilever is short and there is no oil tank structure. The pump shaft is made of corrosion-resistant titanium alloy, so there is no need to worry about corrosion leakage and corrosion of materials. The impeller is of open or semi open structure, which has significant effect on materials with high solid content, highdensity and high viscosity in the field ofevaporative crystallization.
