On October 26, 2021, the 10,000-ton smelting project of Chaoyang Baisheng Jinshan Titanium Co., Ltd. created the first mass-produced domestic EB furnace trial production success, and the first slab with a length of 7.4 meters, a width of 1560 mm, a thickness of 240 mm, and a single weight of 12.15 tons was produced! It marks that the blueprint drawn by Baisheng Jinshan to connect the upstream and downstream industrial chains of titanium plates is rapidly becoming a reality.

02. Milestone 2
On October 26, 2023, on the 2nd anniversary of the company's first slab, Baisheng Jinshan No. 2 EB furnace successfully produced: a single weight of 15.75 tons, a length of 7.4 meters, a width of 2050 mm, and a thickness of 240 mm slab! 03. Parkson Jinshan
At present, Parkson Jinshan's first phase two EB furnace smelting project focuses on undertaking the production, processing and sales of TA1/TA2/TA10, 1580/2050mm wide slabs, with a production and processing volume of 480 tons/month and an annual production capacity of more than 5,000 tons. Equipped with a 5,000-ton annual titanium recycling material processing production line and other equipment, it provides one-stop service for customers.
As the first mass-produced national EB furnace, it has realized the true "China Smart Manufacturing" of high-end EB furnaces. With the official commissioning of Parkson Jinshan's two EB furnaces, it marks the official launch of the goal of 10,000 tons of smelting capacity.
