In order to promote lean improvement and better serve Baoji manufacturing enterprises, Baoji Jinshan Titanium, as a benchmark factory for the display and development of Baoji lean management results, was supported by Baoji High-tech Entrepreneurship Service Center and Baoji Titanium Association, and co-organized by Shenzhen 3A Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd., Shaanxi 917 Technology Co., Ltd., Baoji Feihong Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd., Shaanxi Jinjun Special Steel Co., Ltd., and Shaanxi Jinhan Rare and Precious Metals Co., Ltd. On August 26, the third Jinshan Academy Lean Management Enterprise Profit Growth Forum was held in Baoji Titanium Valley Building. The theme of this forum was "Lean Management Enterprise Profit Growth", and more than 150 leaders of relevant departments and major corporate leaders participated in the forum.

Lean, automation, digitalization, and intelligent manufacturing have always been hot topics that companies are very concerned about, but many companies have found that their financial indicators or operational capabilities have not been improved or enhanced in the process of implementing lean or informatization, and their management level has continued to be at a low level. During the on-site visit, we focused on the "five views", namely, strategy, customers, industry, ourselves, and technology. Through the improvement journey of the two Jinjun and Jinhan factories, from point to surface, from surface to overall, we always ensure that every tiny detail is refined in order to produce high-quality products. All employees participate, create an atmosphere, and gradually push improvements to the entire process, starting from changing the factory management site, step by step, from easy to difficult, subverting all the way, and constantly improving.
