2. Technical requirements
1: The chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy bars shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 3620.1. When repeated inspection is required, the allowable deviation of the chemical composition shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 3620.2.
2: The diameter or side length of hot-processed bars and their allowable deviation shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.
3: The diameter allowable deviation of hot-processed bars and cold-rolled and cold-drawn bars shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.
4: The out-of-roundness of hot-processed bars shall not be greater than half of their dimensional tolerance.
5: The irregular length of processed bars is 300-6000mm, and the irregular length of annealed bars is 300-2000mm. The fixed length or multiple length should be within the range of irregular length. The allowable deviation of fixed length is +20mm; the multiple length should also include the cutting amount of the bar, and the cutting amount of each bar is 5mm. The fixed length or multiple length should be indicated in the contract.
